Building RevRatel has never been about checking a box — it’s about standing out, doing things differently, and earning trust in unexpected ways.

I’m Alex Monteiro, and before launching my franchise consultancy, I spent years helping some of the world’s biggest brands innovate, adapt, and scale — often through guerrilla marketing and creative brand strategies that cut through the noise. I hold a master’s degree in film, and I’ve always believed creativity isn’t a luxury — it’s a requirement for impact. 

Now, as President of RevRatel, that creative mindset runs through everything we do.

Together with my Digital Marketing Manager, Malaya Legaspi, we apply our creative fire to a business that *demands* clarity, education, vision, and trust. We work with smart professionals ready to transition into franchise ownership — but that decision doesn’t come lightly. It requires data. Direction. Motivation. Honesty. And a voice they can connect with.

So we created one. Meet Max Ratel — our mascot, our messenger, and my animated alter ego.

Max represents the friendly, fiercely loyal Honey Badger that inspired our brand. He’s the warm, helpful voice sitting behind the mic (voiced by yours truly), delivering insights, busting myths, and helping future franchisees navigate their biggest leap. He’s the kind of character we always wished existed in this industry: informative, real, and unmistakably human.

You’ll see a lot more of Max soon — and yes, he’ll be joined by a business partner with a personality (and storyline) all their own. But for now, we’re excited to introduce him and share how our creativity isn’t just flair — it’s fuel for how we serve our candidates.
